After graduating from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration and earning her builder’s license, JoAnn spent the first 20 years of her distinguished career leading marketing and sales for Olympic Construction, Inc., a renowned contractor in Merrimack Valley that was owned by her late father, the builder/developer Anastasios “Arthur” Kalogianis. With Arthur at the helm and JoAnn joining the company to lead operations, the two worked together in a close partnership, enabling the firm to successfully build and sell over 1,000 homes.

A breast cancer survivor since age 31, a working mother of three – as a single parent for five years following a divorce – and one of only a few women in the early 90’s to attain a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license, JoAnn redefines what it means to be determined. JoAnn married her husband Demetrius in 2015, which was an incredibly special event, as her terminally ill father Arthur – who she had taken some time off from her career to care for – was able to attend before he passed away. Both JoAnn and Demetrius are active members of their community, volunteering for multiple non-profit organizations. A board member at Ironstone Farm, JoAnn is currently volunteering to manage the building of a new Veteran Center, which will allow Ironstone to provide breakthrough treatments for veterans returning from war. In addition, JoAnn serves on the board of Bellesini Academy in Lawrence (where she also leads the Strategic Partnership Team), and volunteers with the Andover Rotary Club, Bright Pink and The Pike School Alumni Council and Facilities Committee.

Currently a resident of Andover, Demetrius was born in Lowell, Massachusetts and is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music. Both Demetrius and his wife are active members of their local community, where Demetrius serves on the board of the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, Ironstone Farm, and the Andover Rotary Club – where he recently received the “One Man Band Award” for being instrumental in the success of almost every 2016-2017 project. In addition, Demetrius is the Chair of the Andover Cultural Council, on the Steering Committee of Andover Cares, an Officer of the St. Mathews Masonic Lodge of Andover and a member of the Middlesex 3 Coalition. He is a proud stepfather and accomplished musician whose work includes operas, symphonies and film and television productions. As a saxophonist, Demetrius has shared the stage with Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles and many others.
A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force (USAF) who served over 21 years on Active Duty, Arthur Durkin is the picture of dedication. Now one of Land and Sea’s top real estate agents, he utilizes his unique breadth of leadership, consulting and negotiation skills to help his clients find their ideal home or ensure a profitable property sale. Born in Everett, MA, Arthur graduated from Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before being commissioned a second lieutenant in the USAF. He went on to achieve his Master of Public Administration from Troy University, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA. This was one of many notable accomplishments in his outstanding military career, which also included leading 650+ personnel to restore clinical services to a major medical center impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
Travelling all over the globe, Arthur has moved 12 times, becoming a real estate expert as he successfully purchased, renovated and flipped multiple homes. Along with his wife Chelle, Arthur currently lives in North Andover, where as a proud father of two children, he is a trusted community member and local expert who helps buyers find a neighborhood to best suits their needs. Having spent seven years in the private healthcare sector following his retirement from the military – including four years with Phillips Healthcare – Arthur played a key role on sales and strategic consulting teams, where he regularly exceeded revenue goals. A member of Saint Michael Church, Arthur enjoys singing with the Contemporary Music Group and actively attending the St Michael’s Parish Men’s group on Saturday mornings, where he has also served as a retreat coordinator.
Gerry is a seasoned professional, with twenty years experience as a real estate attorney and owner of a real estate title company in the Cambridge and Boston area, during which time he represented hundreds of residential and commercial clients. As an experienced Commercial Broker and Realtor, Gerry is thoroughly familiar with every aspect of the sales process; he has considerable experience assessing the individual needs of his clients and assisting them to realize their goals. Gerry grew up in Newton and has lived in Somerville, Cambridge, Watertown and Boston before moving to Andover, where he has resided for the past 13 years. He is married and the proud father of two grown children who have gone through the Andover public schools. As a native of the Greater Boston area he is familiar with the area’s rich history, culture and environment. When not meeting with clients he is actively involved in hiking, sailing, kayaking and painting with a local art group.
Matthew is a graduate of Suffolk University with a degree in finance. He has two years experience in the financial sector and 6 years of sales experience. John “Jack” LeVie
Jack’s career started when he was a laborer for a masonry company. He quickly moved into a bricklayer apprenticeship for the union. He continued on this career path and spent about 12 years as a journeyman bricklayer. Always pursuing greater heights, Jack then transitioned into contracting and ran his own business for approximately 20 years. His background in contracting lies mainly in general contracting in the residential industry, where his love of the work helped his business thrive. Throughout his career in contracting, Jack has been actively involved in real estate development, permitting, purchasing and selling. The experience and knowledge Jack brings to our team is invaluable to our residential and commercial clients alike.
Art is a consummate professional. He has been involved in the Real Estate industry since his college days at BU when he worked part-time as an apartment rental agent. After completing an MBA at the University of Southern California in 1986 with a dual major in New Venture Management and Real Estate Finance, Art formed and organized a Residential Mortgage Brokerage Firm in the Springfield, MA area which he ran and grew between 1990 and 1997. Between 1997 and 2017, Art worked as an Account Executive for CitiMortgage, Inc. as a wholesale mortgage loan executive supporting mortgage brokers and their residential home buyers. Art just recently made the move to Keller Williams to join the Commercial Real Estate Division of Land & Sea Real Estate, Inc.
